I wish I could give them more than five stars. My Subaru dealership recommended them to me, and they were incredible every step of the way. Accidents are traumatic, and trying to figure out what comes next can be really overwhelming and scary. Tyler was so kind, informative, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Annie was also the sweetest person to talk to every time I called. Between the two of them, I truly felt like part of their family. I trusted that they genuinely had both my car and my best interests at heart, and the repairs turned out amazing. Honestly, when I walked out the door with my car fixed, a small part of me was actually sad to leave. I wish they did more than collision repairs just so I could keep coming back. They were honest, fair, reliable, and compassionate in every aspect. I cannot recommend them enough.

Mike and his crew are fantastic to work with. Always went above and beyond to make sure things went smooth and the work was excellent! Tyler who I worked with was simply a great guy to have on my case! Thank you Forest… my crossfire is alive and my perfect because of you all!

Can say enough great things about Forrest auto body. All of the staff were amazing in what they do. They are upfront, honest and thorough and informed me of the entire process. They worked with insurance and got everything repaired for me looking even better than before the accident. I cannot tell where the damage was and even some small rock chips away from the accident were repaired. Mazda soul red crystal metallic is notorious for being hard to repair and it came out perfect.

Absolutely top notch. Beyond excellent customer service. Unfortunately I was rear ended and had never been in a car accident before. Also I had just purchased my car two months prior to being hit. So in my brain I was expecting the worst but instead had the best experience. They are quite knowledgeable about insurance and explained everything to me. My car is looks just like it did when I drove it out of the dealership. I can’t say enough about Forrest Auto Body. I will be forever grateful I found you and will recommend every one to you. Thank you so very much to everyone at your shop.

If you are in need of collision repair services, look no further! The entire experience at Forrest Auto Body, was friendly, efficient, with very clear communication, and tremendous craftsmanship. Tyler and Annie were not only incredibly knowledgable, but communicated often with the progress of my vehicle. Knock on wood, this was my first collision that required extensive repair and they were VERY understanding and comforting in helping me understand the process. There was never a time I felt out of the loop. My tech, Connor did an absolutely fantastic job on the work itself. Every piece, every panel was carefully replaced or repaired and logged for my clarity and understanding. It's clear he has a wonderful understanding of the craft. Thanks for making this a breeze Forrest Auto Body! Will absolutely be my go to auto body shop!
